Refund, Revision, Cancellation Policy

At SO IAM MUSIC LLC (dba 24:16 Music) we value our client’s satisfaction and welcome any feedback about our services. As part of our commitment to quality service we provide an up front policy regarding returns, revisions, and cancellations (for studio booking).

Cancellations & Refunds – Services & Digital Products

SO IAM MUSIC LLC is able to provide a full refund for booked recordings sessions (hourly recording and package services) that are cancelled no less than 12hrs before the scheduled session. We are also able to provide a full credit for the service purchased that may be redeemed at a later time if the session needs to be rescheduled. For sessions cancelled less than 12 hrs before the scheduled session we provide a 50% refund or an equivalent credit (100% of the paid service) for future use by the client subject to scheduling availability.

Mixing & Mastering services including single purchases, bundles, and packages are not eligible for a refund. We aim to give you the best sounding music as possible so please see our Revisions policy below for information on free revisions to you mix and masters.

For our custom and exclusive music production services, producer packages, and beat licensing we are unable to provide a refund due to the purchased licensing being transferred to the client at the time of purchase.

For non-exclusive purchases of our beat packs or individual beats, we offer a full refund within 30 days for any non-exclusive license. Your license will be terminated and the beat may not be used for any purpose including non-profit. Continued use of the beat will result in the filing of a DMCA claim for permanent takedown of the song.

Revisions

SO IAM MUSIC LLC is committed to client satisfaction and helping your music vision come to life. We offer up to 5 free revisions on any mix or mastering project purchase

RETURN POLICY - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

     ●     Due to the transfer of license to use copyrighted material, we are unable to accept returns on exlusive license beats, and custom beats. Please refer to our studio specific policies for returns/refunds on song mixing and mastering.
